TV-Abo bei Swisscom/Cablecom,... von gestern? Heute IPTV via Internet (wie in USA)?

Ich finde auch den AppleTV-Ansatz ganz interessant, nur gibt es momentan in der Schweiz viel zuwenig Content um den Kabelanschluss zu kündigen.

Naja, den Ansatz gibts eigentlich schon länger. Aber ohne US-VPN (oder - im Idealfall mit nur einem US-Proxy) geht da in Europa (nicht nur in der Schweiz) grad mal gar nichts.

Meine kleine Asus oPlay Box kann Fernsehsender direkt vom Internet streamen, aber ich bin es mittlerweile leid, ständig an den URL's rumfummeln zu müssen, damit ich z.B. die Shows direkt von abc.com streamen kann. Da ist letztlich der Serien-Download via Usenet einfacher.

Apple TV und Google TV wären gute Ansätze. Aber solange die Filmwirtschaft unser Geld nicht will, werden das in Europa Nischenprodukte bleiben.
