I'm gonna write this in English since I'm from Ticino and therefore it's a lot easier.
I find it absolutely disgusting that they've just reduced the functionality of existing Zattoo HD users (via Salt). The contract doesn't have an expiration date, I've checked. Thus, as long as my Salt subscription is valid, so should my Zattoo HD - or equivalent - be. What they have done is to break their end of the deal. They've just tossed the contracts out the window.
If, and only if, the contracts would have had a specified duration, of if Salt would have stated an end-date, then I wouldn't have complained. But in this case they've done something that I'm pretty sure wouldn't hold up in court. But since they know that nobody would go further with this, they've just trampled over the customer.
In other jurisdictions, where the customer has more weapons against this bullshit, this would never have worked. But here we're screwed I guess.
I for one, chose Salt exactly for this deal. And sure, having to pay 6 CHF extra a month for the new Zattoo Deluxe Max Plus Ultra™ is not the end of the world. But what they have done still disgusts me to the bone.
